Thank you for your interest in our company. Ink-Pro is located in Shawnee, Kansas, in the Kansas City Metro area. Ink-Pro is one of the premier providers of Ink-Jet Refill Kits in the industry. We look forward to doing business with you.

Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00 pm CST, although you may order our products and services on-line through our secure connection to the Internet twenty-four hour a day. Any information you send us will be fully encrypted for your protection. We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. It is our company policy to ship orders as soon as possible and we usually ship orders received before 1:00 pm, Central Standard Time, that same day, however, we cannot guarantee same-day shipment. Back-ordered items will be shipped upon availability.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service, which we have found to be the quickest and least expensive method of shipping.

For orders shipped outside of the United States, do not order from this site. Please contact us by telephone (913-232-9964) to arrange shipping and payment.
